We begin with Accessibility Strategy & Assessment, where we evaluate an organization’s communication systems, workflows, and operational readiness. This assessment gives employers a clear understanding of their current strengths, existing barriers, and the practical steps needed to create a more accessible environment.

Next, our Employer and Communication Training equips managers, supervisors, and teams with the tools they need to collaborate effectively. Through practical, real‑world training, employers learn how to communicate clearly, reduce misunderstandings, and build confidence when working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees.

We also provide Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing Loss Employee Preparation Training, which supports individuals entering or re‑entering the workforce.
