Outreach services connect clients to necessary resources, conduct needs assessments, provide advocacy and support, offer education and skill-building, promote community integration, and handle crisis intervention, all to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
Education Outreach Services assess needs, develop IEPs, provide advocacy, connect resources, offer training, support transitions, monitor progress, engage families, and handle crises to ensure students with disabilities succeed.
