About Us

Thrive Edge Consulting

We offer resources and expertise to help improve practices in Washington State and beyond.

What We Do

Thrive Edge Consulting was formed to develop a better allyship and access system to serve clients, businesses, and organizations.

As in Business, we aim to develop, strengthen, and sustain relationships between employers and employees, especially for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or have hearing loss, so that they can thrive. Additionally, collaborating with employers to analyze, innovate, and enhance their businesses ensures they operate in a confident, positive environment.

In the training, we work to create a safe environment where we can collaborate, strive to improve, and innovate a better, more effective system for employers and employees with Deafness, Hard-of-Hearing, and hearing loss.

As with accessibility, we work to help businesses and the Deaf and hearing loss community thrive in their daily environments, where they need help growing, accessing, and finding comfort on their journey.
