At Thrive Edge Consulting, we do not perform screening, vetting, or hiring decisions. Instead, we support Deaf and Hard of Hearing job seekers with resume development, interview preparation, and workplace-readiness coaching. Once candidates are ready, we introduce them to employers committed to inclusive hiring.
Employers handle all Human Resources processes, including interviews, evaluations, and final hiring decisions. Our role is to ensure both sides are supported with accessibility tools, communication strategies, and onboarding guidance.
