At Thrive Edge Consulting, we work with Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees to help them understand their roles in the workforce, manage and navigate their schedules, and work confidently in the workplace. This service builds independence by introducing assistive technology, clarifying expectations, and helping employees map out their daily routines.

We also work with employers to build trust in their Deaf or Hard of Hearing team members’ ability to work independently without needing any interference or closer supervision. The goal is clear communication, a better arrangement system, strong self-management, and long-term success on the job.
