Basic Etiquette Training
We help Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees understand workplace culture, roles, and professional behavior around hearing peers. This training builds confidence, improves team interaction, and supports smoother integration into the work environment.

Job Coaching
We work directly with employees who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing to help them understand their roles, responsibilities, and daily tasks. Our coaching supports independence, clarity, and long-term success on the job.
